Our Hazelnut Cracking Facility was established in 2009 in the Çarşamba district of Samsun and began operating in the hazelnut sector under the name Asma Fındık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Until 2019, the hazelnut cracking facility produced in-shell and kernel hazelnuts. With the opening of the integrated facility, we have also begun producing roasted hazelnuts, blanched hazelnuts, sliced hazelnuts, chopped hazelnuts, hazelnut flour, and hazelnut puree. Operating in a fully organized and modern factory, our company holds ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, Kosher, and Halal certifications. Prioritizing food safety and product quality, we also produce hazelnuts certified by UTZ/RAINFOREST ALLIANCE and Ecocert/Organic.

Our company's production facilities and headquarters are located in the Çarşamba district of Samsun, covering a total area of 25,000 m², 20,000 m² of which is indoor space. Since its founding, our company has supplied hazelnuts to both domestic and international markets, prioritizing customer satisfaction with its high-quality products.
