BT FOOD is the leading Turkish manufacturer of premium quality Sun-dried and Oven Semi dried tomato products. Started its activities in 2004 with Sun dried tomato and than added Oven Semi Dried tomato to its product range. By starting May 2012, BT FOOD moved into its high-tech production plant which is in Torbali – Izmir.The new facility is 3700 m2 indoor and 9000 m2 outdoor. The Factory is designed into 2 parts. Sun-Dried and Oven Semi Dried processing areas. BT FOOD has microbiological, chemical labs and also a R&D Department inside the facility. High-tech facility designed according to HACCP guideliness and achieved to have BRCGS A Grade and IFS High Level Certificates. BT FOOD grows its tomatoes under GMP ( Good Manufacturing Pratices). Also contracted farmers are maximum controlled with our agricultural engineers according to Turkish, EU regulations and Codex alimentarius.
