California Almond Packers & Exporters (Capex)

California Almond Packers and Exporters was established in 1986, intially to process product grown by A.P. Esteve Farms. Today, it provides custom processing and marketing services for other growers, both almond and walnut in separate facilities.

As a processor, C.A.P.E.X. prides iteself on superior product quality and goes to great lengths, using state-of-the-art equipment, to maintain the strictest quality control of it's nut products. Product control is independently monitored through SOPs, GFSI food safety policies, current GMPs, and customer specifications. The company is Kosher and HACCP/HARPC certified and operates under a vibrant Food Safety Management System and Hazard Analysis program to staisfy Codex Alimentarius and FDA guidelines.
