Rius is a family-owned company with three generations of experience specializing as an independent sales agent in raw materials derived from the carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua). Our suppliers’ factories are based in Valencia, Spain, one of the world’s largest carob-producing regions, benefiting from excellent freight transport infrastructure and proximity to the Port of Valencia, the busiest container port in Spain and the Mediterranean. This strategic location, combined with our careful selection of manufacturers for quality, service, and reliability, allows us to meet customer demands efficiently and effectively. We value transparency and integrity in business, inspired by the historic Lonja de Valencia, a Gothic building from the 15th century where merchants upheld principles of honest trade. The Latin inscription in the Lonja reminds us that trustworthy commerce leads to prosperity and lasting success.
