Back in 2009, enjoying macadamia nuts was no easy feat each packet included a special tool just to crack them open. Most people accepted this as part of the experience, given the naturally tough shell of macadamias. But for Hoan Bui, our founder and CEO who hails from Lam Ha, a region known for its small macadamia farms this sparked a question: “Is there a better, more convenient way to enjoy these tasty nuts?” That question marked the beginning of TBK Green Food’s journey. Over the past 15 years, we’ve led the way in developing hand-opening technology for macadamias, making sure each nut is opened with precision and care. In fact, we are proud to be the first manufacturer to introduce Blade-cut technology an innovation that set new standards in the industry.
