KAIZE – Rooted in Tradition, Growing Sustainably

KAIZE’s journey toward sustainability began with the deep-rooted passion for traditional farming passed down by its founder, Mr. Xu—a farmer’s son born in the 1950s, who grew up immersed in the natural rhythms of the land. After entering international business in the 1980s, Mr. Xu remained grounded in the values of ecological balance and sustainable agriculture, as practiced by his father and grandfather. In 1996, an encounter with a Japanese partner introduced him to the concept of “organic,” reigniting his commitment to natural farming methods.

Motivated by this vision, KAIZE began its organic agriculture initiatives in 1998, later investing in one dehydrated and two frozen processing facilities in the early 2000s. As a pioneer in organic food production, KAIZE now supplies a wide range of high-quality organic vegetables and spice ingredients—both IQF and dried (AD, FD, SD)—to food, tea, and nutrition industries around the world.
